Ich habe gerade erst angefangen mit der Suche nach meinen Vorfahren, das heisst bis 1847 kann ich über die Ortlichen Archive etwas finden. Nun habe ich schon mehrmals alle Datenbanken durchsucht, also ich habe meinen PC bis zu 8 Stunden am Stück suchen lassen mit null Treffer. Wie ist das möglich?
Kann mir da eventuell jemand einen Rat geben wie und wo ich online fündig werden kann.
Oder habe ich da überhaupt das falsche Programm?
Währe ja auch bereit dafür zu bezahlen (Mitgliedsbeitrag oder so) aber dann müsste ich schon wissen ob sich das lohnt und ich etwas finde womit ich was anfangen kann.

Ich suche zur Zeit in der Ukraine und klammere mich an jeden Strohhalm, den ich bekommen kann. Ich habe zumindest über diese Adresse die Daten eines Mikrofilms über Kircheneinträge in der fraglichen Zeit bekommen. Wie ich zu disen Daten komme und ob ich die Daten meines Großvaters finden werde ist nicht sicher, aber es ist eine Möglichkeit.
