I just joined myheritage and noticed 31 family trees when I put in the name John Cuppett. I was looking for the John Cuppet born Dec. 4, 1774 who married susannah Spahr. It looks like most people think the father of John Cuppett is Daniel Cuppy which was an old family tradition. The father is Daniel but not Daniel Cuppy. Daniel Cuppy died in 1793 at the age of 27 unmarried. See Draper's manuscript Series S Vol 9 regarding Draper's interview with John Cuppy II.
I am trying to find out information about my great grandfather Peter Wiebe. According to my late Grandmother his was born on Oct 2 but she was unsure of the year. He was married 3 times as his first two wives passed away. His first wife was Elisabeth Dyck, she died when my Grandmother (Katarina Wiebe) was 6 years old ~ 1908. They had the following children - Katarina (Born in Orenburg, Russia Oct 15,1902), Elisabet, Peter & Jake.
He then married Elizabeth Regehr & they had the following children: John, Lydia, Greta.
His third wife was Elizabeth Arndt & they had the following children: Henry & Peter
He died in Brazil around 1957.
