this is a general point and it does not concern only one person. Most of the photos are not shown, including mine. So, as this is not just a private issue, I would very much appreciate - and others as well, I suppose - being able to read the answer.
As I have observed, you have a general tendency to send answers as private e-mails. But please consider, as soon as an issue pops up in the forum, others might be interested in what the solution is.
As I wrote, the same problem as described before also applies in my case. And, most of the photos on our site are missing although nearly all of them have been uploaded before end of 2009.
But, frankly spoken, this is not the most severe problem. As I am one of the "merger victims", there are a lot of issues to be solved and you may be well aware of them. However, I prefer to wait until I get a sign from your side saying, "Merger completed." Only then I would examine the case in more depth. I just want to give you the time you need to finish what you have started. Good luck. (And I expect that you will do your very best to see me satisfied with the result.)
you are right, I am referring to the Hartung site. As I mentioned, I have not yet investigated into the site in much depth because it appeared to me quite incomplete and the general information we had been given had been, "Wait and see. There will be update runs in order to ensure that all data have been transferred." But maybe I understood something seriously wrong...
Nevertheless, the problems I ecountered so far comprise,
- the status of the tree looks like the data transfer has been done in the beginning of January and nothing happened after that time. Half of the profiles are missing.
- Only part of the photos has been transferred, even the photos which had been entered in 2009 are missing.
- Part of the profile photos are missing as well.
- Are there two different profiles per person? I found one profile for myself which appeared to contain most of the data, and another one with only part of the data. And: when I tried to enter a nickname for me, the input was accepted but the status remained unchanged. Puzzling.
So for now, I would appreciate if you could fix the issues mentioned above. After that, I will be ready for further investigation.
Hello, my question goes in a little bit different direction. In our family tree I (Webmaster) have to delete completely all the profile pictures (Request of the family members). I've only found the option to delete the photo albums. The profile images were still stored. How can I delete the profile pictures of the other profiles?

In the forum / Misc / Zahlen der 1. or numbers of the 1st we have difficulties with the presentation of the responses. Our aim is indeed to count a long time further. Unfortunately, our answers slip through the special form of representation in the forum farther and farther to the right. The "MyHeritage Forum" probably had as yet no forum in which were written so long answers. Is there a way to handle this for us unfortunate presentation? We'll count and help in "our forum" each other (lay on the PC) and therefore we hope that MyHeritage has understanding for our request.
